Corrected During Inspection Single-use articles not protected from contamination. -Bakery: Observed a floor mat stored directly under the paper towel dispenser next to the handwashing sink creating potential contamination of clean paper towels and clean hands after handwashing. PIC instructed employee to move floor mat under a prep table.
