Complainant states that her son went through drive thru at approximately 9:50 pm last night and got some baconator fries that had a clump of hair on them. She believes it was done intentionally because she believes they were closing. Manager was aware of complaint, Picture of hair in food all over social media. Complainant is requesting a $200.00 settlement from corporate. Food employees had effective hair restraint. Counter staff not as effective. Reviewed with manager on duty who showed me picture on phone. Complaint dismissed, not in good faith-WE |
