During time of inspection, Sanitarian observed no critical violations.

Observed proper hair restraints, test strips for Hobart hot water warewashing unit along with a new penetration thermometer for thin meats, etc.

Facility is kept in a cleanly condition.

New commercial Artic Air standup freezer.

No hot or cold TCS foods to temp during inspection. Foods are commercially produced and stored in a frozen state.

Lunch being served was chicken patties, mandarin oranges and raw carrots with ranch dressing. PIC was able to properly answer questions regarding cooking temperature of TCS foods.

NONCOM Sharp microwave for employee use only.

Proper sanitizing concentration in a properly named red sanitizer bucket.

Norovirus procedure available in facility along with employee reporting illness agreement.
