Corrected During Inspection Person-in-charge did not ensure that the facility has written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events.. CORRECTED, written copy given
Person in charge shall ensure that the FSO or RFE have written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involved discharge onto surfaces.

Critical The person in charge did not ensure that persons unnecessary to the operation were not present in food prep or storage areas. At time of inspection, female child was observed inside food service area multiple times
To prevent contamination, the person in charge shall ensure that persons unnecessary to the operation are not allowed in the food preparation, food storage or warewashing areas, except brief visits and tours may be authorized.
3717-1-05.4(H) / Toilet room receptacle - covered.
Observed no covered receptacle in women's restroom. At time of inspection, trash can observed without lid; please cover trash can
A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. At time of inspeciton, ice was observed on wall and cove area and appeared to be coming from adjacent walk in freezer due to a lack of insulation according to PIC. Please repaire, defrost ice and clean walls.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of dirt and debris on light fixture inside walk in cooler that needed cleaned
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
Comments
This office was accompanied by Sanitarian Joette Moore and inspection conducted with Person in Charge Galen Newswanger. This firm is partially under meat inspection; RPH inspects cheese cooler and any non-meat food on sales floor. PIC gave copy of HAACP to ROP cheese; Sanitarian Moore will review and respond to PIC with comments. Sanitarian Moore provided educational materials including: blank HAACP forms, log sheets, ROP information, Water sample taken by this office. Reviewed report with PIC
