Complaint on 17-Jun-2022 : Conducted and reviewed with Director Eric Dunbeck. Facility was not preparing food at time of inspection. Facility lost power Tuesday, all TCS items moved to walk in cooler and freezer, Ambient and internal temperatures were 38F in walk in cooler. Facility has intermittent hot water and is heating water for ware washing. Facility has bottled water and drinks available. Milk observed had best by date of 6/18/22-6/23/22 Emailed inspection.
