Corrected During Inspection Packaged foods improperly stored or displayed in direct contact with ice and/or water. Food in freezer stored under frozen condensate in walk in freezer. PIC moved or covered with tray.

3717-1-04.8(A) / Equipment and utensils - air-drying required.
Corrected During Inspection Equipment and utensils are not being air dried. Pan stacked in clean area was stacked while still wet. PIC removed had sanitized and allowed to air dry.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Right hand door gasket torn on cooler. Please repair by next standard inspection.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Can opener mount had visible residue. Please clean.

Facility Had licensed pest control present at tiem of inspection. Facility is to continue monitoring for flying insects.

VI - P - TCS Food: Observed time/temperature controlled for safety foods being properly held using time as a public health control; the operation had a written procedure on file, foods were properly marked to indicate the time that the food was removed from temperature control, and food was discarded when required.

VI - P - TCS Food: Observed ready to eat TCS foods being properly date marked, and discarded when required.
