| 3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing. Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed floor of the walk-in cooler to be chipped and cracked, rendering the surfaces no longer smooth, durable, non-absorbent, or easily cleanable. Correct by next standard inspection. |
