Conducted inspection with PIC Ashley Shaver; reviewed inspection findings with PIC. Risk Level III activities include Cook/Serve, Cook/Cool/Cold Hold, Thermometer in Pepsi Cola Cooler was discussed and needs to be relocated to front of cooler near door.
