Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed chemical bottles stored inside sink well.
PIC removed bottles during inspection.
3717-1-04.4(N)(3) / Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (quaternary ammonium) - temp., pH, concentration, and hardness
Critical Corrected During Inspection Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness. Observed no quat sanitizer located in sea food three compartment sink.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observation: Sea Food Freezer has gasket coming apart located at bottom portion of door.

Action: When unit no longer performs to standard replace with NSF Commercial Grade equipment.

Repeat Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed Ceiling tile panel missing above walk in cooler door, located in Deli.
