Applesauce internal temperature 48*F and butter and cream cheese internal temperature 51*F in the Kenmore refrigerator at the time of inspection. PIC voluntarily discarded applesauce, cream cheese and butter at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.2(A) / Equipment - cooling, heating, and holding capacities. Repeat Inadequate equipment available for cooling, heating or holding food. Items towards the front inside of the Kenmore refrigerator had internal temperatures above 41*F at the time of inspection. Correct by: 4/12/23.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification. Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed a refrigerator/freezer, mini cooler, mixer, chest freezer and crockpots/roasters that were non-commercial grade. When equipment no longer functions properly, replace with commercial grade.
