Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed the walk-in cooler door not shutting tightly and a loose gasket on the door of the walk-in cooler next to the office. Correct by next standard inspection.

Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning. Observed the caulking around the hand sink was cracked. Correct by next inspection.

Comments
Conducted re-inspection with Jade Sweitzer, EHS-IT. Discussed inspection with owner Roger. Hood vents and ovens are serviced twice a year. New can opener has been ordered. Walls by the hand sink and prep sink are scheduled for painting. Emailed inspection report.
