3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises. Improper storage of food items. Observed storage of food items on the floor in the storage room. PIC stated shelves are to be stocked later tonight. Ensure all food products are stored at least 6 inches off the floor to avoid contamination. Have all food at least 6 inches off the floor by 3/27/2023.

Conducted and reviewed with PIC. The office space may not be used for storage of single service or food storage. This facility is approved to submit a food license application and fee in order to obtain food license. PIC stated no TCS items will be in the facility, and refrigeration unit is for quality only. Within 30 days of licensure, a standard/30 day inspection will occur. Emailed inspection.
