Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Ice scoop observed in contact with wall that had chipped paint. PIC had removed to warewashing at time of inspection.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Less than 1 lb of white American cheese slices in coffee cooler had an internal temperature of 52F PIC given option to separate slices and move to cooler to rapidly drop to 41. PIC voluntarily discarded at time of inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. Sani bucket in coffee area labeled as detergent. PIC marked out detergent and labeled as sanitizer.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Gasket on coffee area dairy cooler torn so that it is no longer easily cleanable. Please correct by next standard inspection.

Corrected During Inspection Manual warewashing temperature measuring device not readily accessible. PIC obtained at time of inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Dairy cooler in coffee area had visible dried spillage. Please correct by 03/20/24

Facility not maintained clean. Floor drain under ice storage by drive through window has visible residue. Please clean by 03/26/24
