Repeat Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observed hand sinks in concessions area with water temperature below 100*F. Warmest water temperature observed to be 71*F & 72*F at time of inspection. Ensure all hand sinks have a minimum water temperature of 100*F. -Correct by next standard inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed opened bags of hot dogs date marked for discard on 3/3/24 and 3/6/24. PIC discarded during inspection.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. Observed stacks of single use pizza containers and food containers stored on counter in satellite area not inverted or protected from potential contamination. PIC inverted at time of inspection.

Repeat Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed metal shelving used to store soda syrup boxes to contain rust. PIC states work order has been put in. -Resurface or replace by next standard inspection.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed laminate finish on edge of shelf in cabinet below self service butter station in lobby area to be missing and exposing bare wood. Resurface or repair by next standard inspection.

Comments
Inspection conducted and reviewed with manager/PIC. Risk level 3 activities include cooking and hot holding. Facility discards any left over foods at end of day. Observed new Hatco warming shelf in front lobby area not currently in use. PIC states facility is planning to start hot holding pizza and other various hot food items for a grab and go option. Upon review of specification sheet, the Hatco heated merchandiser model #GR3SDS-39TCT is observed to be commercial grade and is approved for use in the facility. Discussed that per the Ohio uniform food code, new food equipment is to be sent to specialist at Richland Public Health for review and approval. Inspection report emailed.
