Critical Presence of live insects. Gnats observed behind ice machine and beside gas range. Facility has pest control agreement with licensed applicator and will provide sanitarian with most recent invoice. Please have presence removed by re-inspection.

Corrected During Inspection Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Exterior of ice scoop had stickers on it, rendering it not easily cleanable. PIC had removed to three compartment sink to clean and remove.

Corrected During Inspection Can opener blade dull or creating metal fragments. PIC removed from service till blade is replaced.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Plastic crates used for storage in walk in cooler had visible residue. Please clean with a frequency that precludes the accumulation of visible soil. Please have cleaned before re-inspection.
