COMPLAINT: Caller states that her family frequently visits the above restaurant and on Saturday October 10th, her son, DaBonte Carter DOB-8-1-1993, ordered a $5.00 fill up box which contained chicken leg, thigh etc. When biting into the chicken leg her son made a terrible face and started shaking terribly. Cynthia asked son if he was alright and in the inside of his lip was a green lime worm, The mother states that she went back down to the restaurant and told the manager, Christy?? and that she was supposed to file a report. She stated that manager was supposed to file an insurance claim with Columbus. The mother has a picture and video of the incident. She has been patiently waiting for a return call & nothing so she called corporate and nothing has been filed on her behalf/son. She contacted us today to stress her concerns and she is upset that the restaurant has not followed up with her. She states her son DID NOT receive medical treatment.

Their chicken is pressure cooked & they have no fresh lettuce or vegetables that a worm would be in.

Spoke with Manager & no complaint at this location that he is aware of & NO Christy works at this location. . Temperatures are correct at the time of inspection
