Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Observed raw eggs above ready-to-eat foods in the walk-in cooler.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Single-service and single-use articles - storage
Observed single-use articles on the floor in the dry storage area. Single-use articles shall be stored at least six inches above the floor.

3717-1-04.8(G)(1) / Kitchenware and tableware - handling of single-service and single use articles.
Single-service or single-use articles, kitchenware, or tableware not handled, displayed, or dispensed properly. Observed clean and sanitized utensils with food-contact surfaces facing upwards by 3 compartment sink. Cleaned and sanitized utensils shall be handled, displayed, and dispensed so that contamination of food-contact and lip-contact surfaces is prevented.

Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed Keurig 2.0 coffee maker on prep table. Replace with commercial grade when equipment no longer functions properly.
