3717-1-05.1(S)(2) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair. The plumbing system was not properly maintained. OBSERVED raw sewage in drain in back storage area, no running water in facility & women's toilet with urine & toilet paper that would not flush.The sewage pipe is broken per the worker. To prevent a foodborne illness or contamination of employees . Facility shall have running water & a sewage system that works. Close the facility until it has running water & working sewage. Call when repaired for follow up inspection & authority to reopen. A plumbing system shall be properly maintained. Repair sewage & turn water on to the facility.

Complaint on 26-Aug-2015 : Caller (employee) states that pipes burst last Saturday (8/22/15). Sewage is running up through pipes and is running out into the store. Terrible odor, unsantitary conditions for the sale of food, no restroom facilities for employees, etc.
