Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed residue on the inside of the ice chute at the fountain drink dispenser. PIC cleaned ice chute at the time of inspection.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Corrected During Inspection Working food containers not properly labeled. Observed a spray bottle of water that was not labeled. PIC labeled bottle at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Corrected During Inspection Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed two cracked plastic lids on containers of tomatoes and cold cuts in the walk-in cooler. PIC voluntarily discarded cracked lids and replaced lids on containers at the time of inspection.

Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Magic Chef microwave is non-commercial grade. When equipment no longer functions properly, replace with commercial grade.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed the cabinet underneath the front hand washing sink in need of greater cleaning frequency.

Repeat Facility not maintained clean. Observed residue on the floor underneath the pop syrup boxes.

Repeat Outdoor walking and driving surfaces not graded to drain. Observed an area of the concrete cracked and broken creating an area to hold standing water in front of the dumpster enclosure. Exterior walking and driving surfaces shall be graded to drain. Correct by next inspection.
