Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper display of poisonous or toxic materials offered for retail sale. Spray petroleum based lubricant stored above food for sale in retail area. PIC moved so that items were stored below foods.

Outer opening not protected. Large gap observed under front doors. Please repair by next standard inspection.

No TCS foods present.
Bulk ice machine observed with sign stating not for use. Ice and scoop observed in it.
Plumbing inspector contacted. Replacement of sink may need licensed plumbing contractor. Please contact plumbing inspector if you have any questions.
