Repeat Handwashing sink water below 100°F. At time of inspection, basement employee restroom hand wash sink measured 80 degrees F after 60 seconds

3717-1-04.1(K) / Food temperature measuring devices - accuracy.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Food thermometers are not accurate. At time of inspection, probe thermometer in use measured 140 degrees F when temperature of fries measured 135 degrees F. CORRECTED, probe thermometer replaced with different thermometer.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. At time of inspection, peeling paint on ceiling observed above ware washing area

Conducted inspection with PIC Beth Hutchinson; reviewed inspection findings with PIC. Rick Level III acctivities include Cook'/Hot Hold. Menu consisted of Hot dog sandwich, cut strawberries, and sweet potato fries with pasteurized milk
