3717-1-04.4(N)(1) / Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (chlorine) - temp., pH, concentration, and hardness
Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. Bucket of sanitizer had concentration of 10PPM. PIC had additional sanitizer added to raise strength to between 50 and 100PPM.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Working food containers not properly labeled. Several containers of food items not labeled with common name. Please label by 03/28/22

3717-1-04.4(S)(1) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - use limitation.
Repeat Re-use of single-service or single-use articles. Food grade containers not designed for reuse utilized in facility. Please begin to replace these items with multiple use items by next standard inspection.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Corrected During Inspection Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Several items observed to have tape on them and upright freezer has film on it. Please remove so surfaces are non adsorbent smooth, durable and easily cleanable by next standard inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Corrected During Inspection Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Track of sliding door for baked goods display had visible debris. PIC cleaned at time of inspection.

Comments
Conducted and reviewed with Manager Darlene Mast and EHSIT Jen Lacey.
Discussed the metal measuring unit along baking preparation table should be smooth and easily cleanable, when non-food contact surface is not easily cleanable please repair or replace.
If sink in back storage is to be used for hand washing, it is to be used for handwashing only, labeled and supplied with hand soap and a hand drying provision.
