Critical (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Food in contact with an unclean surface or linens. -Observed apple crisp topping with measuring cup which was left down inside food product container. Handle of measuring cup was in direct contact with food. PIC discarded at time of inspection.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. -Observed non-direct food contact surfaces which were in need of greater cleaning frequency. Special attention to walk-in cooler door, lower shelves of prep tables, raw chicken cooler door, and outer prep table cooler and fryer surfaces

Floor and wall junctures not properly coved or closed and/or floor drains not provided. -Observed coving to be coming away from walls near the large pizza oven.

New walk-in cooler being installed at time of inspection.
Owner and contractor will provide RPH Sanitarian with proper equipment cut/spec sheets for unit and condenser.

Owner will contact building codes to ensure facility alterations meet current requirements.
