One person on staff shall have Manager's Training.
3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Corrected During Inspection No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s). Observed no paper towels at hand sink location.

Action Taken: PIC replaced paper towels.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed walk-in cooler reading 46 degrees.
Correction Action: Unit was adjusted to 41 degrees/ below during inspection.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Repeat Facility not maintained clean. Observed residue around three compartment sink.
Action: Clean three compartment sink on a frequency to preclude dirt build-up.

- Manager stated: That handling food is limited to open frozen pizza, and cooking pizza for immediate service.
- All employees that are handling pizza's for immediate service shall sign Health Policy/Illness agreement and maintain on file.
