At time of inspection, thermometers were missing from the cold drinks beverage cooler. PIC was told that sensors do not supplant thermometers to achieve compliance with the code A properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit or the coolest part of a food warming unit. |
