Conducted inspection with PIC;reviewed inspection findings with PIC Risk Level IV FSO activities include: Cook/Cool/Reheat/Hot hold. There were no TCS foods to track for CCP Inspection. Menu consisted of prepackaged Lunchables: (prepackaged carrots, hard boiled egg, turkey, cheese) prepackaged applesauce, prepackaged chips, prepackaged cookies, pasteurized dairy milk. All items properly labelled. |
