Improper storage of food items. Observed boxes of bagged chips stored on the floor in the kitchen. Food items shall be stored at least six inches above the floor. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-03.2(Y) / Miscellaneous sources of contamination.
Repeat Food not protected from contamination. Observed employee food items stored above food for service in the cooler. Personal items shall be stored below food for service. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Single-service and single-use articles - storage
Corrected During Inspection [52] Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles. Observed boxes of single use foam cups stored on the floor. Single use articles shall be stored at least six inches above the floor. PIC placed milk crates under boxes at time of inspection.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed a non-commercial microwave and toaster. When equipment no longer functions properly, replace with commercial grade.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed a ripped gasket on the cooler door. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Corrected During Inspection Mops dried improperly. Observed mops setting down in the mop sink. Mops shall be hung to air dry when not in use. PIC placed mops on hooks to air dry at time of inspection.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed several broken floor tiles in front of the cooler. Correct by next inspection.
