Critical Food employee(s) did not wash hands when required. At time of inspection, female employee was using sanitzer instead of hand washing. Sanitizer in use was not in NSF approved for virus removal

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. At time of inspection, the following non commercial microwaves were observed in use: Magic Chef, and Sharp . Food service must use commercial grade equipment when existing equipment is no longer functioning as designed

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. At time of inspection, the Norlake dairy cooler had ice buildup observed inside and needed thawed and cleaned

3717-1-05.4(H) / Toilet room receptacle - covered.
No covered receptacle in women's restroom. At itme of inspection, staff restroom did not have trash receptacle covered

Unapproved materials covering the walls and/or ceiling. At time of inspeciton, peeling piant was observed on the ceiling in the dry goods room

Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. At time of inspection, food trays that are not in use were observed on shelves i the dry goods room
