Conducted inspection with PIC; reviewed inspection findings with PIC. Risk Level 3 activities include: Cook/Serve. Menu consisted of Precooked chicken (hot hold), baked beans (hot hold), canned mandarin oranges, prepackaged crackers, pasteurized dairy milk (cold hold). Employee restroom located in other classroom and is reaching only 83 degrees F. PIC stated all food employees after using restroom return to food service kitchen and re-wash hands. PIC stated facility discarded any leftovers
