PIC stated the waste receptacle providers placed dumpster too close to the building and facility is unable to close the dumpster doors. Contact provider to move dumpster to location where doors can be opened and closed as intended. Ensure dumpster door remains closed after each use to prohibit the potential for pest harborage.
