No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink in the mens restroom. Correct by: 5/3/22.
3717-1-04.2(A)/Equipment - cooling, heating, and holding capacities.
Inadequate equipment available for cooling, heating or holding food. Ambient air inside of the front under counter cooler was 50*F at the time of inspection. No TCS foods shall be stored inside the cooler until it is cold holding at 41*F or below. Correct by: 5/3/22.

Improper storage of food items. Observed a box of cookies setting on the floor inside of the walk-in freezer. Food products shall be stored a minimum of six inches above the floor. Correct by: 5/3/22.
