Critical Corrected During Inspection Food employee(s) did not wash hands when required. Observed employee adjusting beard net and then work with food without washing hands. PIC corrected the action and employee washed hands and donned new gloves at time of inspection.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand sink being used to wash scissors in. PIC had action corrected and scissors put into warewashing area to be cleaned at time of inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed two serving spoons in the clean areas with visible food residue. PIC had items cleaned at time of inspection.

Corrected During Inspection Cooking and/or baking equipment not cleaned when required. Observed roof of microwave to have visible residue. PIC had microwave cleaned at time of inspection.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed visible residue from the ice cream machine on the table and inside the cabinet. Clean by end of day 12/29/2022.

Corrected During Inspection Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed plastic wrapped around the table with the egg cooker on it, rendering the surface no longer easily cleanable, smooth, and durable. PIC had plastic removed at time of inspection.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed the upper lip of the orange juice machine and creamer machine to have visible residue. Clean by end of day 12/29/2022.

3717-1-05.4(P) / Maintaining refuse areas and enclosures.
Repeat Improperly cleaned storage area for refuse, recyclables, or returnables. Observed visible food debris surrounding the grease bin and dumpster. Clean by 1/5/2022.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Corrected During Inspection Waste receptacles not covered properly. Observed open dumpster door, PIC had closed at time of inspection.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed torn ceiling tiles throughout the bulk ice machine area. Repair by next standard inspection.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Observed floor behind the ice cream machine, and in the chemical closet to have visible residue. Clean by end of day 12/29/2022.
