Conducted inspection with PIC Katelyn Dekrell; reviewed inspection findings with PIC. RIsk Level 3 activities include Cook/Serve. Menu consisted of Cooked hamburgers (raw), sweet potato fries, baked kidney beans (hot hold), pears, cookie, pasteurized dairy milk. PIC informed of ODH Certificate option with no expiration date.
