3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s). Observed no paper towels in the employee rest-room at time of inspection. PIC stated they are on order. Correct by end of day 3/29/2023.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Observed raw in shell eggs to be stored above ready to eat foods in the retail cooler. Ensure raw foods are stored properly separated (below) from ready to eat foods. PIC had eggs relocated to acceptable location at time of inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed various shelving units throughout the retail area to have visible residue. Clean by 4/4/2023.

3717-1-05.3(I) / Other liquid wastes and rainwater.
Improper disposal of condensation and other nonsewage liquids. Observed mop water being dumped outside instead of in a mop sink. Upon question, PIC stated there is no mop sink in the facility, yet a sink is in thee rest-room not hooked up to anything. Discontinue the practice of dumping mop water until a Richland Public Health Plumbing inspector is in contact. Correct by next standard inspection.

3717-1-05.4(H) / Toilet room receptacle - covered.
Repeat No covered receptacle in women's rest-room. Observed no covered trash can in the rest-room that female employees use. Correct by 4/4/2023.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Waste receptacles not covered properly. Observed dumpster door open. Ensure dumpster door remains closed after each use to prohibit the potential for pest harborage. Close by end of day 3/28/2023.

3717-1-05.4(O) / Using drain plugs.
Repeat No drain plugs in waste receptacle. Observed no drain plugs in the dumpster. Contact provider in regards to obtaining required drain plug for dumpster to prohibit potential harborage. Obtain by next standard inspection.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed various floor tiles to be cracked and chipped, rendering the surfaces no longer smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. Correct by next standard inspection.
