3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding. Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed Front Merchandise Cooler reading 46 degrees. Adjust cooler to 41 degree's, monitor unit to meet required cold holding temperature, perishable foods like milk shall be monitored and discarded if not at temperature. Greater than 4 hours.
