No written procedures for vomiting or diarrheal events. -Provided ODH's norovirus cleanup procedure via email. Ensure a copy is posted at the facility where all employees have access.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Outer opening not protected. -Observed daylight showing from the bottom frame of the back receiving doors. Correct prior to next standard inspection.

3717-1-05.1(I) / Service sink - number.
Service sink or curbed cleaning facility not provided and/or conveniently located. -Facility has no service sink. The only sink at the facility is the handwashing sink in the employee rest-room. PIC stated she dumps dirty mop water in the toilet and other employees normally dump mop water outside.

3717-1-06.4(H) / Cleaning and maintenance of plumbing fixtures.
Repeat Plumbing fixtures unclean. -Observed the handwashing sink in the employee rest-room to contain brown residue. Correct prior to next standard inspection.
