Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Gaskets on the refrigerator and the freezer have black build-up on them. Correct by next inspection.

Conducted and discussed inspection with Nina Mcghee PIC. This firm juices vegetables and fruit. PIC stated the juice is Time Temperature Controlled Foods for Safety. Nina stated she has a 5 day sell by with 2 days for customer to drink purchase. This firm does not have a prep sink and has had 3 compartment sink air gapped. She uses the 2nd compartment to wash the vegetables. Note: Make sure to wash, rinse, and sanitize the 2nd compartment before and after washing vegetables. Mrs. Mcghee works alone at her facility. Left her an Employee Illness Reporting Agreement for her to read, sign, and retain for sanitarian's review. Mrs. Mcghee has an norovirus clean-up kit, provided her with clean-up procedures.
