Critical Corrected During Inspection Cake's in walk in freezer were uncovered at time of inspection. PIC had covered.

3717-1-03.3(H) / Reheating for hot holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper reheating of food for hot holding. Shredded chicken placed in hot holding unit set for 140F. Items need to be reheated to 165F Prior to hot holding at 135F or above. PIC had reheated in microwave.

3717-1-02.3(C) / Hair restraints - effectiveness.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Food employee(s) not wearing a hair restraint. Hair observed in long pony tail under hat. PIC had hair restrained.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Kuerig coffee maker observed. When unit no longer functions as designed replace with unit from recognized testing agency.

Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Spray nozzle of three compartment sink had visible residue. Please clean by 11/18/21
