Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Hand wash sink by register was 83F. Please repair or adjust so water reaches 100F by next inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Ice chute of soda dispenser in drive through had visible soil. PIC had cleaned at time of inspection.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. Ice scoop stored in contact with side of ice machine. PIC had scoop washed rinsed and sanitized and sanitized surface in contact with scoop.

3717-1-04.8(G)(1) / Kitchenware and tableware - handling of single-service and single use articles.
Corrected During Inspection Single-service or single-use articles, kitchenware, or tableware not handled, displayed, or dispensed properly. Single use clamshells in drive through area not stored in an inverted manner to protect from dust, splash or sneeze. PIC inverted at time of inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Corrected During Inspection Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Gasket on cooler behind retail area and on bakery cooler had visible residue. PIC had cleaned at time of inspection.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Corrected During Inspection Waste receptacles not covered properly. Doors to dumpster were open at time of inspection. PIC closed at time of inspection.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Floor in walk in cooler had debris under racks and in corners. Please clean with a frequency that precludes the accumulation of visible soil. Please have cleaned before next inspection.
