Person in Charge - Travis Curry was able to correctly answer food safety questions related to the operation and there were no critical violations. Employee health policy is exclusion of ill employees. The employee health policy is verbal. Observed proper hand washing and glove use by food employees. Observed correct use of a thin tip probe thermometer. Juices and Eggs are pasteurized as required for a nursing home/assisted living population = Risk level 4.. No foods are offered raw or under cooked. No foods are transported off premise for catering. All chemicals are properly stored in the dish room and are properly labeled. All temperatures are acceptable. No violations observed. |
