3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Repeat Floors, walls, and/or ceilings were not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed floor tile missing under freezer door.
Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
3717-1-06.1(C) / Floor and wall junctures - coved, and enclosed or sealed.
The floor and wall junctures are not properly coved or closed, or floor drains were not provided. Observed meat cooler door that is not sealing properly due to door looks warped and no contact near bottom seam of door.
In FSO's or RFE's in which cleaning methods other than water flushing are used for cleaning floors, the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and closed to no larger than one thirty-second inch; where water flush cleaning methods are used, shall be provided with drains and be graded to drain, and the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and sealed. Observed a build-up of dirt and debris. Observed ice build up on freezer condensing element.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.

Observed cole slaw being portioned inside of cooler walk in unit, no hand contact/gloves are in use.
All temps were acceptable at time of inspection. Meat cooler 39. Small Cooler 38.
