3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Repeat Outer opening not protected. -Observed the back doors with no and/or inadequate weather strips creating a visible gap to the outside. Correct prior to next standard inspection

3717-1-05.1(I) / Service sink - number.
Repeat Service sink or curbed cleaning facility not provided and/or conveniently located. -Observed the handwashing sink in the employee rest-room replaced with a plastic service sink fixture, however a separate service/mop sink is not available. Correct prior to next standard inspection

Discussed inspection with Amanda, GM and Rocky, AGM.

Observed the handwashing sink in the employee rest-room replaced with a new fixture (see photo). GM and AGM state someone was on site yesterday (3/4/21) installing the new sink fixture. Reviewed that a separate mop/service sink is required in addition to the handwashing sink in the rest-room. Provided my business card and Frank Brykalski, Chief Plumbing Inspector, business card. Discussed that any plumbing work is required to be completed by a licensed/certified plumber and proper permits are required through the plumbing department. Discussed that plumbing department needs to be contacted. Will discuss with Frank Brykalski.

Discussed enforcement procedures for repeat violations not brought into compliance.
