Observed candy in isle 5 without ingredients: vanilla carmels, starbursts, assorted sour balls, Hershey's candy bars mini (all), candy straws (red, orange, white, yellow, black, hot pink, lime green, light blue, blue, light pink, etc), strawberry filled candy, tootsie rolls, assorted toffies, splash & swirl lollipops (all colors), smarties (allvarieties), bullseyes, Now&Laters, Super Big Bowl candies, Reese'scups (all), Gummy Burgers, Gummy color Bricks (all), etc. Bulk food that is available for consumer self-dispensing shall be prominently labeled with the information specified under (C)(2) of this rule. Facility shall provide ingredients statements on bulk containers, by supplying an ingredient booklet or other means to ensure the consumer is aware of all ingredients including but not limited to allergens.  |

Drinking fountain contains hard water residue along with mildew/brown slimey material. Plumbing fixtures such as handwashing sinks, toilets, and urinals shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and maintained. Properly clean drinking fountain. |
