| 3717-1-06.4(K) / Controlling pests. Critical Corrected During Inspection Presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests. Small rodent droppings observed behind pepsi dispenser on right side. Behind turbo Air dessert cooler, on floor in spice room and on floor in dry goods. PIC had all areas cleaned at time of inspection. Facility has pest controll agreement at time of inspection. | Conducted and reviewed with Director Greg Brandes. Facility has pest control agreement. Scheduled for Wednesday January 12th for first application if not sooner. Facility is to proved Environmental health specialist with copy of service report from pest control application. Facility sanitizes all cans before opening. Facility is inspecting all packaged items before they go out to customers. Pre-packaged items are now being stored in closed containers when not in use. Every day a walk through will be conducted to inspect for sign of activity. Emailed inspection. |
