Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable. No thermometer available in the pizza make table cooler. Correct by: 11/6/20.

Food thermometers are not accurate. Food thermometers were broken at the time of inspection. Replacements have been ordered and should be delivered on Thursday. Correct by: 11/6/20.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed a build-up of residue on the fans inside of the sub prep cooler, the dough cooler, and the Pepsi drink cooler. Correct by: 11/6/20.
