Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. Observed preparation area that had soiled appearance around table.
Keep wiping cloth and sanitizing bucket available for wiping table surfaces.

Repeat Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed floor tile missing located in front of service sink.
Action: Provide smooth easy to clean surface.
