3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
In-use utensils are improperly stored. Observed knives in meat department improperly stored between wall and preparation table.
During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored as described in this rule.
3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed Emerson Microwave in deli that is non commercial.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Action: When unit no longer performs to satisfactory standard replace with NSF Commercial Grade Equipment.
3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed Silver Refrig Gaskets torn and allows condensation and ice inside unit. (Seafood)
Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. Observed prep table in produce that is dirty and hard to clean due to miscellaneous storage on top.

Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. Observed fan shield in Grocery walk in cooler to have dust/dirt build up.

Corrected During Inspection Floors, walls, and/or ceilings were not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed ceiling tile back deli area to be out of place, manager replaced tile at time of inspection.

Corrected During Inspection Observed no towels or hand drying device at the handwashing sink(s). Observed back hand sink deli with no paper towels.
To prevent contamination by hands, each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall beprovided with: Individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.

PIC demonstrated proper Health Policy and clean up procedures are maintained on file.
Discussed hand wash requirements employee training, etc.
Discussed small waste baskets at all hand wash stations. Directly located.
Gloves in bakery are well worn and used replace as needed.
Discussed putting splash protection up at hand sinks to protect clean equipment and food stored near each location. Ideally there should be no storage of supplies within foot radius of hand sink's.
Bulk water station had been tested by regulatory agency on 4/24/17
