I / Employee Health Employee reporting illness agreement is covered under orientation packets and available on site. |
II / Good Hygienic Practices Did not observe any discharge from eyes, nose or throat from any employees. |
III / Preventing Contamination by Hand Employees do not touch foods with bare hands, use single use gloves and utensils. |
IV / Demonstration of Knowledge PIC has level 2 certification, able to demonstrate knowledge with answering questions correctly, but had 2 critical violations occurring during inspection. |
IX / Highly Susceptible Populations Facility serves highly susceptible population. Use of pasteurized eggs for to order are used. Un-pasteurized eggs are used properly within baked goods. Foods are all cooked to minimal of 165*F, PIC stating around 180*F. |
V / Food from Approved Source All foods come from an approved source: GFS & Borden's Dairy. |
VI / Time/Temperature Controlled Safety Food All TCS foods were within proper parameters. |
VII / Protection from Contamination All foods were properly protected from contamination by separation, segregation and storage. |

Discussed inspection with Nick, dietary manager. E-mailed copy of inspection report to: 63-admin@atriumlivingcenters.com & 63-dietary@atriumlivingcenters.com Nick has taken the test May 26th of 2017 with Mike Tedrick and never received his ODH certificate. Will contact ODH to obtain this certificate. Ensure facility is properly cooling TCS foods. Instructed PIC to place time products started cooling along with date marking product to ensure proper cooling time/temperature parameters have been met. Refer to a cooling chart as necessary as this is a repeat violation. |
