Conducted and Reviewed with Manager Wes Stevens. Facilities thermometer was calibrated at time of inspection and accurate. All quarter pounders are cooked to order and not hot held. Facility cooks all burgers to 175F. Burger cooked at time of inspection had internal temperature of 205F. Emailed inspection. |
