Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed door gasket on door of walk in beer cooler torn/broken, as well as kick plate on door to be separating from door. -Repair/replace by next standard inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. At reinspection, observed progress with cleaning of plastic sliders, however, continued to observe build up on metal shelving underneath sliders. Observed metal shelving and plastic sliders in beverage retail coolers to contain visible residue. - Continue to clean metal shelving in retail beverage coolers. Correct by next standard inspection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. At reinspection, observed continued visible dust build up on lower shelf of retail chip shelving. Observed visible dust build up on retail shelving in chip aisle. -Clean lower shelf today.

Employees are not informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health. PIC unable to locate employee illness reporting agreements at time of inspection. Correct by 3-23-23.
3717-1-04.1(A)/Equipment and utensils - durability and strength.
Non-durable equipment observed. Observed automatic creamer and milk dispense to have ambient temperature of 45*F. PIC placed dispenser out of order during inspection and state she will have it repaired or replaced. -Correct by 3-22-23.
3717-1-04.2(J)/Cleaning and Sanitizers - Availability
Cleaning agents and/or sanitizers not available in the RFE. At time of inspection, PIC states they do not have sanitizer. Obtain sanitizer by 3-22-23.
3717-1-04.2(I)/Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
No sanitizer test kit available. At time of inspection, PIC unable to locate sanitizer test strips. Obtain test strips by 3-22-23.
3717-1-05.4(N)/Covering receptacles.
Waste receptacles not covered properly. Observed side door on trash dumpster open and not in use at time of inspection. Ensure doors remained closed when not in use to deter potential pest horborage. -Correct today.

Facility not maintained clean. Observed floor underneath shelving and along outer perimeter of walk in cooler and freezer to contain visible build up and trash. -Clean by 3-22-23.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed interior surfaces of cabinets below fountain beverage machine to have visible dried residue. Clean by 3-22-23.
